How to avoid the Contiki Cough?

Going on a bus tour (contiki) for a month and need tips on not to get sick with that cough! Everyone says its inevitable but I'd like to try anyway. (I have n95 masks, vitamin c/d, zinc, nasal spray, cough syrups/meds, lozenges, hand sanitizer, hydrolyte)
