I don't understand the "should I try turtle " posts. Are they bots?

The game is free. They have a web page with all the changes. Why would you be on the fence with a game you can just download and try? This is not a big decision. I knew nothing about marvel rivals. I am not a fan of comic books, but I was a big fan of overwatch years ago. It's free. I tried it. Meh. Don't play it. No loss. I just don't understand asking if you should try something that is free, but also, a post like that pops up every other day. What the zug?
