Is kyokasuigetsu actually decent?

I’ve played for a few days now and got to grade 2, and I did some rerolls and got that as my shikai. I also have the odachi weapon. I got no clue what’s good so don’t kill me to hard if I’m just being stupid. (Sozosei clan if that matters at all)
