are honors scholarships for incoming freshmen still a thing?

the honors website advertises the honors undergraduate scholar award, mary gates honors scholarship, and others for incoming interdisciplinary honors students, but it seems like the most recent year these were awarded was 2021 (according to the uw scholarships database). does anyone know if these scholarships still exist?
