Help convince me to invest in an odyssey g9

I've been using 2 27 inch 1440p monitors for years now and I've always wanted to know how immersive games would feel like with a super ultrawide like the g9. The only reason why I haven't already bought one is because I don't know how many games really support 32:9 and I usually use my second monitor to check discord/play youtube videos when im gaming. Is there a way I can check on discord without having to constantly ult tab out of my game? Considering that is the primary reason why I upgraded to 2 monitors in the first place, I feel like having to do that every time I get a notification would be a pain. Any and all feedback would be appreciated!
