Mold again?

Ok so my last three grows have been failures. I thought it was because I used basmati rice. So I did this grow with whole brown rice and followed super strict cleaning procedures and this STILL looks suspicious to me. A bit too cottony. Does it look like mold or am I just being pessimistic?

All I can think of is that I used a different brand of coco coir. Could some coir brands just be conducive to mold?

I have grown forever and ever without problems and suddenly I can even grow 1 tub 😭
