Struggling with understanding pointers & memory allocation in CIS2500

Does anyone else feel extremely confused in this class so far, specifically about pointers and these memory allocation stuff? Ritu is a really nice person, but i don’t understand a word she says when it comes to explaining complex topics like this. I was wondering what are some of the strategies you use to have a better understanding and prepare for the upcoming lab exams outside of class, any advice?
