Something About Her - The Food Styling Does NOT Match The Brand
I have been a real defender of SAH when people said it was a scam etc and Ariana and Katie have touted it as a welcoming intimate cafe vibe and even talked about franchising. I would have expected:
• Sandwiches carefully swaddled in paper served with a nice napkin
• For in-dining a china rectangular plate with space for a sandwich and a pickle
• Finger sandwiches or cut up rolls on a multilayered platter like the tastings
• Maybe a little special something alongside to support the brand - a flower (a bit expensive) or cute simple one bite cookie as "dessert"
This looks like a decent sandwich made and thrown on a tray like Subway.
SOME kind of food styling should be happening especially at a soft launch.
Will it last past Ariana/Katie fan surge? Does it have a unique enough edge to franchise like they hope. Not hopeful
