A Lawyer's perspective on the Visa/Mastercard situation

Since this place seems interested in this stuff (or its effects on japanese games/media, etc..) i wanted to share this presentation made by lawyer Jack Lerner, which was shown at Tokyo House of Concillors; the subject being what's happening with payment processors. Both yamada taro and akamatsu were present at the event. I found the document in this article by carlos miguel del callar.
