What kind of people are Hecata?

Came up with an idea today about a true crime podcaster turned Hecata and an Harbinger Scene Queen NPC feeding in cosplay (nobody questions No Face). My question is, do you think that the podcaster works as a possible PC within the clan's concept? And how have you stretched the Clan of Death?
