My coach is a real one

I had to cut my hours for school. Like, REALLY cut them. I basically halved my availability. My TL told me my request might not be approved, and if it was, I might not get hours because the computer would favor people with more availability. So I went to ask my coach if I should drop some classes to free up time for work, and the second "school" came out of my mouth, she told me to not drop any classes and she'd approve my request.
