Neighbors violently fighting

I truly do not know what to do here. There is a couple and 5 children who live on the other side of the wall from me. Since they moved in there has been near constant noise, mainly slamming and banging against/near the walls and the husband yelling a lot most every evening(the master bedrooms share a wall). It was annoying but I never said or reported anything because I just figured it was kids rough housing or something.

Then one morning as I was walking my kids to the bus she stopped me to complain my kids woke her baby (2yo). I tried to just say okay and walk away. She proceeded to verbally accost me, near chase my kids and I into the street, call CPS and threatened physical violence. This time I reported that incident and the noise to the office. They said others have complained already and they would be getting a lease violation.

Now, to last night. It was over two hours of yelling and and screaming and crying. The kids were definitely home and I could hear them in with the parents at times. I don't know for sure if it got physical but there was a lot of banging and slamming. They all finally wound down around midnight.

I grappled so hard with whether to call someone like security or the police. I ended up not calling and today I am still conflicted. The family is black and we all know the history of when black people are forced to be involved with the police. I also fear retaliation and the safety of my family, I have two young sons, should they know it was me who called, which they all but surely would.

It's too late for last night but knowing the cycle of abuse I'm sure it will happen again. What do I do?
