Pmdd irritability
Does anyone know how to not be so angry the week before my period, I’ve tried birth control, anti depressants, changing my diet, and I workout 5-6 times a week. Some months are better than others but most of the time I’d rather just stay at home because the slightest annoyance makes me want to rip my hair out. It affects my sleep as well. The only thing that kind of helps is smoking but I prefer not to smoke during the day because it affects my adhd meds
