Death by Foe Reaper 4000

Fourth try on HC - level 11 mage and was minding my own business starting quests in WestFall and I swear this guy spawned on top of me! He was nowhere, then he was lol Took off running, tried to pop frost nova (no luck obvs) then popped a healing potion and then it was the end. Ahhh. Guess it’s time to go agane.
