Our guilt-ridden Reed is trying to 'Solve Everything' Like he does in Hickman's run, leads to the council and eventual Secret Wars. This is probably why we didn't get to see much of him either

I think the lack of focus on Reed in the trailer is because he is trying to 'Solve Everything'. Hence the creation of the Future Foundation, him questioning if he's responsible for his family and all the other rumours attached to that comic arc. Also it leads to Secret Wars well.
