Why is Fox (ersatz) News allowed in Canada? Egale sought to remove Fox News from the list of non-Canadian programming authorized for distribution in Canada through CRTC, but this has stalled. Is there any follow-up on this?

Any ideas what this is on our cat's nose? It's stumped 2 vets. Biopsy says it's not cancer, not viral, not bacterial, and he's on his 3rd round of broad spectrum antibiotics. It's not spreading any more, but it's also not healing. He sneezed a few times in August, then this black scab appeared.
