My group has lost some members, including the one dearest to me. I miss them a lot. But at least the father and his 2 fledglings are here. This is one of said kiddos.

It's Four O'Clock! The flower is, anyway. My mother planted some in containers years ago. Over time, the seeds spread and more and more of these began popping up in the yard, with some clusters quite large by now. They smell amazing and are a favorite among the hawkmoths.

Always gotta get my obligatory alligator pics when at the marsh! Although this one came to me (either just curious, or someone's been feeding it). Thankfully it was more interested in taking a nap.

Snail Kite (Rostrhamus sociabilis)! Such interesting birds of prey. Although I'm a little undecided if this is an adult female or a juvenile. The legs are already a deep orange color and the eyes red so perhaps the former?

A couple of tree frogs. Pretty confident the first is a Squirrel Tree Frog (Dryophytes squirellus). The second I'm not certain of. A juvenile of one of the grays maybe? Cope's since this is central Florida? Confirmation/correction is appreciated!
