I've encountered 7 Bloodsuckers in a span of 15 minutes, all within a walking distance from each other. Also, 40ish hours in, I'm pretty confident that I've killed more of them overall than I did Boars or Fleshes. They're just fodder now, that special status they once held is gone completely.
